Founded in 1964, we have consistently pursued the engineering prototype and unique construction applications of the Aerospace, Computer and telecommunication related industries. GC Aero has a full range of design and manufacturing capabilities suitable for the delivery of single sided, double sided, multilayer and rigid flex flexible circuitry.

Located in Torrance, California, we maintain an extensive inventory of materials and have specialized equipment for fabricating quality products. The GC Aero engineering team establishes a close working relationship with its customers from the initial requirement to product delivery.

Tooling and art are generated in-house using your CAD data or supplied drawings. With our ability to accept all forms of media, compatibility with your system is guaranteed. Whether your information comes to us on computer disk, magnetic tape or modem, you can be assured of the ability to perform with the information that you have sent us. The resulting design data is captured and retained in our CAD/CAM Data Base assuring configuration control through out the life of the program.

We are setup with a centralized computer support system network to individual computers at each of the work stations to provide real time program control. An Inventory control program for materials, work in progress, and finished product, enable GC Aero to provide quick turnaround prototype, as well as Just In Time production deliveries.

The Staff is fully qualified in the state of the art design and testing of microstrip, and stripline controlled impedance circuits. Basic construction is Polymide/Copper with specialized dielectric and adhesive combinations available as required by the design. Continued improvement in the manufacturing capabilities driven by the experienced personnel has enabled GC Aero to provide a high level of technical support.
